As I have been at Braira Al Olaya before and at their other hotels in Riyadh, I was happy to be where I wanted to be! I was pleased, satisfied, and surely grateful for the efforts extended by the staff with personal and professional courtesy to arrange an additional night stay despite overbooking due to a mega event in Riyadh (Leap 2024) which made finding a suitable hotel room almost impossible. I would like to extend appreciations to both gentlemen Mr. Ossama Atwa (GM) + the FDM Mr. Aballah Shemary!! That along with appreciation to Mr. Yousif Osama, for orchestrating my request reality!

Our stay at Braira was brief but enjoyable. I particularly appreciated how spacious and clean the room was. The receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Olaya Street, making it very convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Riyadh. Overall, our stay was pleasant!

The room decoration was very nice, the cleaning system was very nice, the staff were very friendly. In general it was very comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great for me. The staff is helpful and attentive, the mint lemonade that they served in the lobby everyway was a good way to start a day and refresh oneself. It would be great if they would have served filter coffee during the breakfast otherwise the breakfast was also great.

Great hotel! I was very satisfied with the services offered, from reception to cleaning, the hotel staff I interacted with is made up of a team of very nice, extremely kind and dedicated people. They know how to personalize their relationship with the customer. I know how to be careful. Well done! I had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay at the hotel. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back to this wonderful hotel again.🔝🔝🔝

The room is very nice, great in size too. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety and even healthy corner, which is superb.

it is one of the hotel feel like home and feel like 7 stars and the silent in the room and the fast service and their price one of the best, room service really really amazing BIG THANKS TO Shahid Ahmed on second floor, he is a great guy thank you for your service I highly recommend this Hotel, I have stay in this hotel for almost 3 months this year ….
